NOTICE:
After submitting your vendor registry, you will be contacted with additional information concerning setup and breakdown instructs. Though not required, all vendors are asked to consider bringing an item or item(s) to give away to the youth (or general public) - Ex: gift card, free service, certificate, discount, trinkets, goody bag, candies, stickers, etc. Also, if you wish to just donate a single item for the BTI Ministry to announce as a giveaway item, please indicate in the notes section of your registry. You are responsible for the setup and cleanup of your area. BTI Ministry is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen properties.  This event will be held outside. Please bring your own tent and other protective materials in case of increment weather.to the general public or something suitable for youth (such as: gift card, free service, certificate, candies, wrist bands, goody bags, stickers, pens, pencils, note pads, etc.).
